Healing is a process - it takes time and patience. It's also a supported process.
Let me put it another way - You broke your leg. It takes 6-8 weeks to heal. You have a plaster cast and crutches to help you. You'll probably require painkillers along the way and possibly some physio to regain the muscle movement.
Mental healing is the same. It takes time and you require a range of strategies and techniques to support you. It's a little work every day - in this instance, rest counts as 'work'!
Journaling allows you to find the root of your problems. The trigger point. Ground zero. It may take some time to uncover this and you will find other things on the journey.
EFT and Creativity allow you to heal these wounds and change your perception around the issue/situation.
It sounds very simple, but that doesn't mean it isn't powerful.
